Terms & Conditions

1. General Service Policy

  1. While we hope to be able to accommodate same-day appointments, sessions are most effectively scheduled with a minimum of one week notice.
  2. All our massage treatments are custom-made so massage treatment descriptions are approximate and will vary depending on your individual physical needs and conditions. Please allow time for consultation through the Doctor Feelgood Body Intake.
  3. To keep a nice relaxing environment, we kindly ask you to turn your mobile phone’s ringtone off during your visit and please do not use your phone for calling while on Doctor Feelgood premises.
  4. Doctor Feelgood requires parental consent for bookings for or by customers under the age of 16.
  5. Parents are always encouraged to be present in the room with children under 12. Our massage therapists ensure that they ask the child if they want a massage, what they would like worked on and to follow the child’s wishes. The massage treatment is explained in such a way that the child can understand to ensure that they consent to the massage treatment and feel comfortable.

2. Arrival & Doctor Feelgood Body Intake

  1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow a relaxed check in.
  2. Consultation time in the form of filling out or discussing the DF Body-intake is not deducted from your massage treatment time but if you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time it will possibly cut into your massage treatment time.
  3. Arriving late for a massage treatment will result in a reduction of massage treatment period to ensure the following clients are being treated at their scheduled appointment times. There will be no reduction in price for this.
  4. First time clients will be asked to fill out the DF Body-Intake form on medical history and preferences. This information is used solely to provide you with the best care possible and remains confidential. A more detailed consultation about your needs and wishes will be provided  by your therapist during your service.

3. Contra-Indications

  1. It is the client’s responsibility to inform your massage therapist of any health conditions and medication intake.
  2. Please disclose any medical information which may affect your massage treatments. Doctor Feelgood can’t be held accountable to the possible outcome of a massage if any medical information (contra-indications, injuries, medication use) was not disclosed by the client to Doctor Feelgood that would be a contra-indication.
  3. The information provided during your consultation is confidential and intended for review by fellow massage therapists only.
  4. Doctor Feelgood Massage Therapy is meant for ease by relaxation of stressed muscles. While Doctor Feelgood believes in the general benefits of massage Therapy, we do not claim to cure medical conditions of any kind. Please consult your medical professional in case serious medical conditions or any ongoing pain.
  5. Our DF Therapists are all well trained and know their contraindications when not to massage and how to act in case of pathologies or when to refer you to a medical doctor or medical professional.
  6. Massage does not in any way replace medical care.
  7. Doctor Feelgood reserves the right to refuse treatment to a guest in any case where it is deemed irresponsible or possibly riskful for our customer to receive treatment.

4. Cancellations / No-shows

  1. Please allow us a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointments whether made via email, in person or online.
  2. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the treatment for appointments cancelled within 24 hours prior to appointment time.
  3. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the treatment for cancellations of appointments made within 24-hours prior to appointment time.
  4. Not arriving for your appointment without notice will result in the appointment being treated as no-show and thus may result in the customer being charged 100% of the full price of their appointment, or redemption of Gift Card or Series.
  5. Arriving later than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time without notice will result in the appointment being treated as no-show and thus may result in the customer being charged up to 100% of the full price of their appointment.
  6. As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with Doctor Feelgood (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.
  7. Doctor Feelgood reserves the right to cancel any appointment. If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, sudden circumstances or illness of the therapist, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfill your appointment, we will contact you by email or telephone – where possible and as soon as possible. Doctor Feelgood will try everything within our ability to accommodate you with another therapist or at another time.
  8. We reserve the right to terminate any appointment (before or during) if any of the staff will experience any unpleasant, unfriendly or inappropriate physical or verbal behavior, or in case of extreme hygienic circumstances. The massage treatment will be fully charged to the customer in all above cases mentioned in this article.

5. Payments / Refunds / Returns

  1. We accept payment in our stores by pin or all major credit cards including American Express.
  2. No cash policy in our stores.
  3. We accept payment for online bookings made via our website through iDEAL (maestro & all major credit cards).
  4. Massage treatments shall be charged in accordance with the Doctor Feelgood current price list.
  5. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
  6. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
  7. No refunds for completed massage treatments under any circumstances.
  8. Products bought in our store need to be returned within 14 days after purchase date and need to be accompanied by purchase receipt or invoice.
  9. Product returns will be refunded as credit on a Doctor Feelgood Gift Card. General Gift Card terms & conditions apply.
  10. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days by Doctor Feelgood Office.

6. Gift Cards

  1. Doctor Feelgood Gift Cards are valid for 2 years after the issue date. Please refer to your Gift Card for its expiry date.
  2. Gift Cards purchased in our shop are non refundable.
  3. Gift Cards purchased online are refundable within 14 days according to the right of withdrawal.
  4. Gift Cards must be presented for redemption upon arrival.
  5. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that a Gift Card is valid at the time of appointment.
  6. Gift Cards that are expired will not be accepted and massage treatments will be charged according to our current price list.
  7. We do not honor lost or stolen Gift Cards.
  8. In the event of no-show or non-attendance for whatever reason the full fee will be charged on the Gift Card value.
  9. We accept Doctor Feelgood Gift Cards only, no other gift cards from third parties like other booking sites are accepted.
  10. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Gift Cards can be used for massage treatments only and not for purchasing new Gift Cards, Series or products from our shop.
  12. Left over amounts on Gift Cards cannot be paid out in Cash but will remain valid for massage treatments within the valid time.
  13. We reserve the right to refuse Gift Cards which deem to have been tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by tampering.
  14. With any questions about Gift Cards (lost, stolen or expired) the customer needs to be able to show proof of purchase.
  15. Our Gift Cards represent the value in euros or the value of a massage treatment specified on the Gift Card according to our current price list. Time specified massage treatments (for example “60 minutes Master Therapist”) represent the value of the massage treatment according to our current price list and can only be divided or partially used according to our current price list.

7. Series 5+1

  1. Series are personal and cannot be used by or transferred to another person.
  2. Series cannot be used in combination with a birthday special, last minute deal, voucher or any other special.
  3. Series are valid for six months starting from the day of the first use.
  4. We reserve the right to charge a no-show or late cancel of a Series appointment on your Serie’s balance.
  5. Regular cancelation policy applies to Series appointments.
  6. A Series cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. No change, cash or any other alternative refunds will be given.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a Series which deems to have been tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from tampering.
  9. All bookings are subject to availability.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse to accept Series which deem to have been tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise are suspected to be affected by tampering.
  11. With any questions about Series the customer needs to be able to show proof of purchase.
  12. Series are purchased for a time & level and represent the value of those massage treatments according to our current price list.
  13. The unavailability or departure of a specific massage therapist does not affect any of the terms & conditions of the purchased Series.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Please be advised that we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings when using our facilities, neither to personal belongings that are left behind at our facilities.
  2. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
