Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do really nice ones too. They make a very good gift.
They’re available online and in-store. They can be gift-wrapped, shipped or hand-delivered upon request. Corporate orders are welcome too.

How long is a gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Plenty of time to find a moment that feels right.
Where can I buy a gift card?
You can buy a gift card online or at any Doctor Feelgood location.
If you order online, you can choose to have the gift card sent digitally to yourself or directly to theperson receiving it.
Prefer something to wrap up?
You can also order one of our physical gift cards online. We’ll send it in a nice package to you or directly to the recipient for a shipping and handling fee of €5.95.
We aim to send all gift cards within 24 hours whenever possible.
You can also order and pay online, then collect your gift card beautifully wrapped from the Doctor Feelgood location of your choice.

Can I return or cancel a gift card?
Gift cards bought in-store are non-refundable.
Gift cards purchased online can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, in line with the legal right of withdrawal.
What happens if I use a gift card to book an appointment and then cancel?
Our usual 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not attend, the full value of the treatment will be deducted from the gift card.
What happens if I do not use the full amount?
Any remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used another time, as long as the gift card is still valid.
Do I need a gift card if I want to give someone a massage?
No.
A gift card adds a little extra Feelgood to the giving moment, but it is not essential.
You are also very welcome to simply book an appointment for your loved one, friend or colleague.
Reception can send you a payment link by email or WhatsApp.

Do you offer gift cards for companies?
Yes.
We can provide anything from a small set of gift cards to larger company orders.
We can also add small gifts, personalised name tags, and even hand-deliver batches to your office.
For larger quantities or something more bespoke, send us an email.
We’re happy to create a custom arrangement and offer company discounts where possible.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Physical gift cards are your own responsibility.
If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. If the card has not yet been used, we may be able to cancel it and issue a new one.
We recommend taking a photo of your gift card when you receive it, just in case.
